When goods arrive

As soon as a new delivery reaches us, an expert from our team takes a close look at every single pair. Each shoe goes through several checkpoints, including stitching, logo, label, serial number, material and smell. Only when an item passes every point does it go online.

Before shipping

Before your pair leaves our warehouse, someone from our team checks the item once more. Not to verify authenticity again, which is already confirmed at that point, but to make sure nothing got mixed up during packing: right size, right pair, right condition.

Check it yourself

If you want to take a closer look when your pair arrives: check for even stitching, the proportions of the logo and whether the serial numbers on the shoe and the box match.

If you are still unsure, you can return any item within 14 days.
