Every brand fits differently. Measure your foot in centimeters once—then you’ll find the right size for each brand here.

How to measure correctly

  1. Stand with your heel against a wall, on a sheet of paper.
  2. Mark the longest toe and measure the distance to the wall in centimeters.
  3. Measure in the evening — that’s when your feet are largest. Measure both feet; use the larger one.

Measure your foot in the evening — that is when it is largest. The foot length in cm in the table is your own measurement, not the cm figure on the shoe box.
Adidas uses third sizes (e.g. 42 2/3). Between two sizes? Always take the larger one.
For running shoes go half a size up from your usual size. For lifestyle models such as the GEL-NYC your normal size fits.
The table shows the standard width. For a very wide foot, go half a size up.
Most On Running shoes fit your usual size. For sport and longer runs go half a size up — your foot swells while running.
Saucony runs slightly narrow. For a wide foot, order half a size up.
UGG boots often run half a size large — order your usual size. UGG does not stretch with wear, so do not order smaller.
